Risk Disclosure
General disclosure · 9 November 2026
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. The value of investments can rise or fall, and investors may receive less than the amount invested. No investment strategy can eliminate market risk or guarantee a positive return.
1. Market and liquidity risk
Equity, bond, commodity-linked and other financial instruments are exposed to market, interest-rate, inflation, currency, issuer, liquidity and geopolitical risks. During stressed markets, prices may move rapidly and assets may become difficult or costly to trade.
2. Model and technology risk
Systematic allocation processes depend on data quality, assumptions, implementation and operational systems. Data errors, model limitations, software defects, outages, cyber incidents or execution delays may cause unexpected outcomes.
3. Backtests and historical information
Backtested, simulated or hypothetical results are not actual client results. They may be affected by assumptions, data availability, transaction-cost estimates, survivorship bias, look-ahead bias and other limitations. Historical performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
4. No guarantee of protection
Risk controls, macro indicators, diversification and defensive allocations may reduce or change certain exposures, but they cannot prevent losses. A long-only strategy can experience substantial drawdowns and may underperform broad markets or other strategies for extended periods.
5. Brokerage and execution risk
Any future brokerage integration would be subject to broker eligibility, approval, account permissions, market hours, order handling, trading restrictions and execution quality. Orders may be rejected, partially filled, delayed or executed at prices different from expectations.
6. Regulatory status
The availability of this website does not imply that DARWIN or any related person is licensed, registered, approved or authorized to provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or other regulated services in any jurisdiction. Any future service will be offered only where legally permitted and subject to applicable approvals.
7. Seek independent advice
Before making an investment decision, consider your own circumstances and consult appropriately qualified financial, legal and tax professionals. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
